- We accept returns if the product is sent damaged, defective, wrong size or wrong design from our end.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.
- Customers can return their order within 5 days of the order delivery.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, To Self-ship your returns, You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it via speed post to the address below:

Refund In case of prepaid order the refund will be done into card/bank account used for the transaction. This will take 7-10 Working days In case of cash on delivery orders the refunds will take 2 working days. The refund will be given by the coupon code to the customer, which will be equal to the value of the refunded product. The customer can use that coupon code on his next shopping. How long the refund procedure takes? *The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, You will be sent the coupon code to your register email id and phone number.
